كيف أطلب من المتجر؟How do I order?
أضف العطر إلى السلة، ثم أكمل بيانات التوصيل في صفحة «إتمام الطلب». ستُجهَّز رسالة الطلب وتُفتح في واتساب لتُرسلها إلينا، ثم يتواصل معك فريق خدمة العملاء لتأكيد الطلب وترتيب الدفع.Add the fragrance to your cart, then complete your delivery details at checkout. An order message is prepared and opens in WhatsApp for you to send to us; our customer service then contacts you to confirm the order and arrange payment.
هل يمكنني إهداء العطر لشخص آخر؟Can I send a fragrance as a gift?
نعم. في صفحة إتمام الطلب فعّل خيار «هذا الطلب هدية»، واكتب اسم المُهدى إليه ورسالتك، واكتب عنوان المُهدى إليه كعنوان للتوصيل.Yes. At checkout turn on “This order is a gift”, write the recipient’s name and your message, and enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address.
هل الأسعار شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة؟Do prices include VAT?
نعم، الأسعار المعروضة بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (15%).Yes. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT.
هل يمكنني استرجاع العطر أو استبداله؟Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
العطور والمنتجات التجميلية لا تُسترجع ولا تُستبدل إلا إذا استلمت منتجًا مختلفًا عن فاتورتك أو وجدت فيه خللًا، ويكون ذلك خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام وقبل فتح السلفان الأصلي لحالة الخطأ. التفاصيل في سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.Perfumes and cosmetics can be returned or exchanged only if you received a product different from your invoice or found a fault, within 7 days of receipt and, for a wrong item, before opening the original cellophane. كيف أحافظ على عطري ويدوم أطول؟How do I make my fragrance last longer?
احفظ الزجاجة مغلقة في مكان بارد بعيدًا عن الشمس والحرارة والرطوبة، وضع العطر على بشرة نظيفة مرطّبة، ولا تفرك مكان الرش.Keep the bottle closed in a cool place away from sun, heat and humidity, apply to clean, moisturised skin, and do not rub the spray area.
